Everything went as smooth as I could have expected. After the procedure, you told me that the sperm you saw weren’t in the best condition, but that we should give my body some time. It had been a little over 3 years since my vasectomy, so I knew my chances of success had dropped a level. We were going to wait a few months and then get tested for a sperm count. This became unnecessary as my wife became pregnant the second month after the surgery! You performed the surgery on March 8, 2010, and we will have our new baby in January 2011!
